Technical Service & Pre-Sales Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities

Responds to all client requests, such as product, service and billing inquiries, and questions regarding systems integration and business rule configuration.

Manages client on-boarding process and guides the client through each phase.

Provides sales and marketing support.

Prepares and delivers technical sales demonstrations.

Leads implementation kick-off meetings.

Manages implementation projects.
-
Updates API documentation.
-
Performs quality assuring of input files.
-
Troubleshoots client implementation issues.
-
Monitors operations and ensures billing accuracy.

Works with cross-functional team in designing new business processes.

Develops new products and service offerings.

2+ years experience in customer service
-
4-year BS degree in a technical field (i.e. Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, etc.)

Experience with pre- and post-sales support (including needs assessment and product demonstrations)

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access)

Knowledge with SAS, SPSS or SQL programming a plus
